Volunteers
Smethport ASD enjoys an active volunteer force and supportive community. No matter your situation—full-time employment, part-time employment, busy stay-at-home parent, or grandparent, we appreciate your support. To join our team and become an active volunteer at one of our schools, we ask that you complete a volunteer affidavit and submit clearances for criminal history and arrests. You will also need to complete a child abuse background check. Please specify that you are applying to become a volunteer, and the district will gladly cover the costs of those clearances. To ensure the safety of our students, we must have all clearances on file prior to the start of any volunteering. Thank you for your cooperation.
