Proposal Writing

This is to be completed during the students junior year. Once it is submitted, it is analyzed, and approved. If it is not approved for any reason, the proposal will need to be redone and resubmitted.

The proposal contains three pages. The typed cover page, the typed proposal answering six key questions, and the liability release form handwritten. All sheets must have REQUIRED signatures.

It is highly recommended that you use the following Microsoft Word Documents for writing your proposal.

The Liability Release Form is to be filled out in pen and returned as Page 3 of the proposal.
